Modern yoga studio which is conveniently located very close to my office . They also offer treatments such as reflexology and massage and membership is only £5 per year, plus class price.
Vinyasa, jivamukti, hatha , restorative yoga , youre sure to find ur fit. Good pilates classes too. And all sorts of natural therapists .
Booked on line for 7:15 hatha , used google map , jogged from my hotel .
