I don't know why this lady can never follow instructions! Could not explain MY coffee any other way. She can make her coffee the way she wants it... please make mine the way I order it!
Horrible experience and I blame the supervisor and manager at the establishment. The workers are not properly trained . The supervisor knew there was an issue and never stepped in to assist.
