It's called Columbia Park because the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) gave it to Torrance. CBS then owned KNX/1070 radio , which continues to radiate from the two towers standing in the midst there.

Big park . There are two places where kids can play. And great place to walk/jog. Just beware that people bring thee dogs. So watch your step
There are restrooms . Prison-like, but functional.
Great track for anyone whether it be runners, walkers or walking the dog.
