Our sticker machine loses drinks frequently. Instead of demeaning me as a human being, please realize that I didn't forget your drink on purpose, and I'm doing the best I can. I'm a human being too.

Their Caramel Flan Latte is pretty tasty! The place isn't open as late as their other locations, but you can enjoy your drink outside!

If you walk up there is a better than likely chance that they will screw up or forget your order, usually resulting in them giving you 1 or more free drink vouchers

Hey everyone, I work here! A good thing to remember is that wait times are equal everywhere, and we really are doing the best we can.

Even though Starbucks is a chain, this location always produces great coffee and the service is awesome every time.

This Starbucks is good, the staff is super friendly and that's not always the case at the Bux. The drive through, though, is constantly packed, be aware.

My FAVORITE Starbucks of all time - the staff is very pleasant and make a great start to my morning!!!

People are sooooooooo nice anf I go through thr drive thru and never have to wait long. Even if there are five cars in front of me

Get in line ! Nothing is worse than a car trying to cut into the drive thru line from the west end, enter east by Essence Bakery like everyone else!

If you don't want to wait in line , walk over to Essence for a fantastic coffee drink and fresh French pastry .

Ask for a receipt when you give them pymt or a) they won't give 1, b)slam the window in your face, & c)act like its a chore to get you one.

I love this place. If you wait too long, your drink is free, which happens the majority of the time.

Went through at 6am. Hardly any wait at all and casey was perky and delightful. Ni problems ever at this starbucks. LOVE THEM

There are no outlets in the seating area to plug in your devices.

The baristas used to be 90% cute friendly chicks, now it's turned into Sausagebucks. -1 for the overall experience.

Working here can be very tough. It always helps to be kind and appreciative of your baristas!

Went there on a Sunday night the lady who took my order was completely rude. It's like she hated her life. I only go to this one because it's convenient for me. Hands down horrible!

Unsweetened green tea .

The drive thru is quick and easy but avoid it before 9am on the weekends. It's a total zoo but that's to be expected

A Delightful "Circular " drive thru ads to a "Wonderfull" coffee purchase-experience .....

Try the new dark cherry mocha latte ... Its really good!
