Really great place and convenient location. Fantastic hours and extremely clean . Staff is friendly and accommodating and with a variety of machines and offerings it's truly impressive.

Its an awesome place to workout, clean , professional, spinning with stacey on tuesday mornings is awesome. I hear canceling will be difficult but that's over a year away, ill cross that bridge later

Been a member for about 8 mos. and really enjoy the place. My biggest gripe is that there is no one to talk to about missing or new equipment outside of the trainers who don't want to be bothered

Signed as a member at Tuesday Mornings on Center Ridge Rd in Westlake back in Dec of 2006 before gym was even built. Gold's Gym for 6 mo. Then Urban Active '07-10. Now LA Fitness. 3 franchises. 5 yrs

Great gym , definitely worth the price. Go for the 2 year deal, can't be matched. Pay cash if you are worried about being charged.

6 a.m. T/Th spinning with Stacey . Awesome. She also does Sat. at 8:30. Get there early to get a bike , they go quick.

3 Franchise changes in 5 years can't be good. Knew it was coming though! Urban active & Royce Pulliam(franchisee) are the worst. Beginning 10/26/12 LA Fitness. Welcome! Don't screw me.

Teens run the place. No wifi . Way to many children and babies in the play area for just 2 teens to care for.

They need to clean it up. I have been a member since it first opened and it has not been kept up. It's on it's way down. Unfortunately.

Management style is way different than when it was urban active.

NEED wifi ! Terrible cell service which makes it impossible o stream music or anything for that matter while you're working out

If you have an ERC health plan this gym is covered. Free to use with no contract, just show your card.

Urban Active = Gone. Knew the day was coming for years now. Horrible staff , shady business practices, BBB negative rating, and to top it offemployees must get treated like shit. Never the same faces.

This gym has rude people that run this place! This gym also is way to over priced, closing my accounts and they are charging me $10.00 per account! WOW! And my accounts are up to date.
