Loved! My bride and I shared a blue cheese bacon burger and the vegetable plate . All was very #yum. The best was dessert .. huge strawberry shortcake . Incredibly enjoyable experience .

Braised bison short ribs are among the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Spoke to the manager, told him how fantastic the meal (with roasted asparagus & garlic mashed potatoes ) and service was.

Great meal! Very good steaks . Not too impressed with the bars pour, don't think you get a full pour. But I still recommend this place for good food and service.

Our waitress was wonderful. We both enjoyed our meal. I had a steak and she had a veggie burger . There’s something here for everyone. Even, if it’s just for a cocktail and appetizer . ????

Canyon Burger and swapped the fries for the big ol onion rings . Burger was yummy with jack cheese and fried onions strips on a ciabatta bun . Ask for horseradish to dip burger & rings.

Kitchen sink bison burger : huge patty, ham , egg , bacon , jack chees, fried onions , and all the fixings. It's pretty dam reckless but does not disappoint. Also try the hook and ladder beer , it's solid.

3/3 of the prime ribs ordered by my party was at least half fat. Asked the manager and was told it was how they did their prime rib . The picture is ALL fat from one prime rib order.
