Got amazing customer service here on Black Friday, of all days. Because of that experience alone, I'd come all the way back here for future purchases. Really remarkable.

Guy running the saw is an idiot. They gave him a circular saw since the main saw broke. That was beyond his skill level. its nice they hire the handicapped, but lets not give them power tools at work

Thanks to the very helpful fellow who took over pushing my mom's wheelchair to show her some items in the garden center while I shopped for shingles.

Do not expect help with anything. I came in with a part. Ida in hardware walked me all around the store to end up telling me the item was discontinued. Never attempted to find an alternate solution.

I agree, the guys in the blinds and windows sections are incredibly rude. They tried to make me buy all new windows instead of one screen.

The guys in the blinds section are rude and unhelpful! I had one broken screen and they told me I would have to replace every window in my house.... r they commission based workers?
