Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown

Great amenities here. There were free buffets at night with beer and hors d'oeuvres. Nice coffee shop in the lobby (not a real Starbucks, though) as well . Good exercise gym . 5/5

Check-in always a breeze. Convenient location. Big rooms with great water pressure. The food in the restaurant is hit or miss (the tacos are a safe bet). Ask for a room on the opposite of the train .

They have warm cookies at check-in. The valet is great for the night ($20 added to your account during check out). Awesome amenities . Clean . Delivery avail for late night cravings

Staff is incredibly friendly , and the rooms are clean and updated. Still, this hotel is showing its age.

We asked very special wines and they have served the wine with water glasses ???????????? definetely you shouldnt come for drink

The buffet breakfast is amazing! The service is very friendly as well :)

Their complimentary WiFi is unreliable and lacks sufficient bandwidth; if possible, use tethering on your phone or a dedicated mobile hotspot.

The room is big and the beds nice, but it's right next to a busy train track . They even had earplugs in the room.

The staff is great and everything is clean and elegant!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and service was horrible. I requested fresh new towels and toilet paper and they never gave us any. Our rooms were never cleaned maybe due to covid.

Pool on the 4th floor is money! Esp. late night ...grab a suit, towel & some good company!

They provide all natural soaps for the guest!!! Very impressed!

I spent 30 mins trying to buy a bottle of water. There is a vending machine on every floor but only the one on the 7th floor actually takes your money! Greer... I wasn't too happy!

Don't rely on the shuttle running when it is supposed to. Bring cab fare and a lucky charm because cabs are hard to find downtown.

Don't eat here. Draft beer lines need to be cleaned . 30 minutes to receive my $32 steak with only 4 customers here. Ordered medium rare, got well . 15 minutes later, still no replacement.

In Florida, all the water is spring water.

Enjoy a dip in the pool on the 4th floor.

Worst experience ever! Staff was unfriendly. Shuttle left us stranded, no hot water, tested the fire alarms at 845am, and house keeping knocked on our door 2x before 930am while we were still in bed!

Hope you like the sound of train horns because it goes by multiple times day and night!

Very noisy at 3am, doors slamming and drunk people yelling in the hallway. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Won't stay here again.
