Many of the employees are dressed inappropriately and have little concern for helping customers. The manager is inefficient. Only shop here if you're good on your own. Completely!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at this Michaels store. I asked an employee for help finding an item on a very cluttered aisle and was rudely yelled at with, "Its right here!"

They accept the digital coupons if you sign up as a member. Show them and they just scan it
