The staff is very polite and the foods always fresh.Shelves are always stocked when I've been here.
My go to grocery store I don't go at peak hours
They need to have more than 5 registers open when the lines are huge. Having 6 employees milling around doing nothing (on break?) near the closed registers doesn't help the perception...

Don't go before 7 am if you want lunch meat. Sorry your store opens at 6 shouldn't ever thing be open.
