Love this park . It was renovated about a year and a half ago. Beautiful for Christmas this year. Some homeless in area but nothing threatening. Very touristy area. Lots of activity and police patrol .
They host some small festivals , food trucks line up on Jefferson sometimes and yes it's homeless, but bike police patrol this area frequently.
