Elmyr Restaurant & Cantina

I was informed it's pronounced el meer not el-mur. I had the green burrito and it was fantastic, the spicy jalapenos are great but they do pack some heat.

Look - first things first, Elmyr is a L5P dive. That means a wide range of things that you'll just have to explore. But dear goodness the fish tacos - they're amazing. And the beer list also holds up.

Super cheap and really yummy. It has a really relax, almost sleezy atmosphere. Very Little Five.

I live for the fajito burrito no steak , sub shrimp . Boyfriend can't live without BBQ chicken quesadilla . Never too packed. Love it- but we miss the Beastie boys-esque playlist that used to play late.

Grilled tofu nachos are excellent. This is probably the best tofu in the city . Available in several options here.

HUGE burritos ! Green burrito is veges and jalapeños on spinach tortilla . Added shrimp . Couple decent taps. Only downside, it's smoker-friendly.

Smoker friendly , don't come here if that bothers you. Other than that great for cheap and quick eats and really big portions . I've always had a good experience here.

We went light and I got a bean and cheese burrito and hubby had a quesadilla with chicken

A deep, dark little cantina on the edge of L5P known for its house burritos and late hours.

Cheap pitchers of PBR and a great patio to sit and smoke. Also great burritos and quesadilla 's- the salsa verde is amazing!

Ask about the daily vegan special. You should probably just get that, but the BBQ tofu burrito is also pretty great.
