Good service with warm smile and greeting even there is long queue. However, the chicken is getting smaller and smaller.

The offered me which part did I want although I never requested which part that I want???? Friendly staff ????

Good service ! One of the stuff was so considerate as he offered me a cup of plain water when I said I don't take light drinks. 

LUCKILY I got a BLUE one :-D The RED one is definitely not my cup of tea :-D

What more do you expect from KFC? Same looorrr..

Tnggu 30min rupenye lupa oder, bila hantar ayam hempas2 tray. Nuff said.

Bad service from the staff . The coffee machine was dirty .Çhalky colour of plain hot tea . Bad smell comes from their cleaning mop while customer 'enjoy' their meal.

In term of cleanliness, this outlet fails a lot
