This store is HUGE and overwhelming. The staff are hard to find but generally friendly when you do. The accessory department is by far the best part!
HUGE store! It's fun, but my sister and I always end up spending 1-2 hours here! It's a bit overwhelming. And they dressing room lines are ridiculous!
The new location, where part of bloomingdales was, is immense! There is a men's section, but is small relative to the rest of the store.
Come in with shopping plans in mind. The employees act bored and like you're an inconvenience to them. Items take forever to get put back, so there are stacks of clothes and jewelry everywhere.
After 2 years of working there I'd say come during the week, Saturdays are bananas ! Also, you can't do returns, just store credit/exchange so choose wisely!
Take your time, there's plenty to see. Also, visit F21 during the week if you can; the dressing room situation can get a bit crazy on the weekends. Enjoy!
Multi-level. Check out the sunglasses in the basement . The ☕ shop went out of business.
This store is a cheap girl's heaven. They even have a plus size section now.

Ladies, bringing your gay only gets you so far here since they can't be in the dressing room area. Makes asking for his opinion kinda difficult.
