...told I can't return wrong CD without members card - which they were out of. Ask to speak to management and they are unavailable! Refuse to spend money in CeX! Only useful as short cut to bus stop .
6 tills, 4 staff , only 2 serving, massive queues, only to get home and find they gave me the wrong CD! Try to return it and I'm told they don't have the right CD....
