Try the Đậu Hủ Ky , shrimp wrapped in tofu sheets. Stay away from the shredded pork skin (bì); it's mostly made unsanitarily in Vietnam.
Com tam tau hu ky with nem and thit nuong is the best!
Don't order the ca phe sua da, it's absolutely vile
