waited 30+ minutes in an almost empty store for my friend's order. that's after her order was given to the wrong person and the staff didn't even apologize...

This is easily the worst bagel place ever! They put cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for it on the side, the coffee was horrible, the service terrible and the whole store was untidy and dirty .

Free wifi here but they took out all the electrical outlets . #Fail
