Le Sélect is nestled away on Wellington where patrons can easily pretend they’ve been transported to the bistros of gay Paris. It’s more upscale than before, but it still delivers . [Eater 38 Member]
Beautifully presented foie gras and the best confit de canard ever! The duck leg smells smoky and peppery with crispy skin and tender flesh inside. Surprisingly not dry at all. Must try!
Truly Authentic French Style Bistro . Also very Wine Friendly and super list. Great food and service. Highly Recommended for lunch or Sunday Brunch
Best oysters , the charcuterie platter was really great and for main, try the beef short ribs (a must!) Place is lovely, the staff great.
SO good!! I had the duck confit as my main which was amazing. Also really liked the scallops appetizer . Great vibes & service as well - would come back for sure
Socca Provençale is a must-try for all, including vegetarians !
We had the sea food plate and it was amazing! Config was good too. Great service.
Very classy restaurant , nice ambiance and professional staff . I tried duck confit and was so good. Also creme brûlée is very tasty.
Brunch menu pancakes are incredible. My favorite little french corner of this city . Cozy , always buzzing with conversations, and charming.
Our President's absolute favourite brunch spot - the menu is awesome, the Paris inspired decor and the French speaking! Get the quiche and cappuccino , your day can only get better from there!
Had the confit duck and all good here!
Great place to share dishes. Salmon tartare , mussels and cheese board were great. A great, reliable bistro
Late night prix fixe : steak frites and starter or dessert for 20 bucks - can't beat that! And pretend you're Jean Seberg and read the IHT at the gorgeous zinc bar (gamine haircut not included).
Delicious french food . Little pricy but totally worth it.
Cool French bistro vibe with an extensive wine list to boot, but the duck confit I ordered was underwhelming. Can't go wrong with a drink out on the patio , though.
Small portions and kinda pricey , but great authentic French bistro vibe and maybe the best eggs Benedict I've had
We had the sea food plate and it was amazing! Config was good too.
The Steak Tartare was delicious. Great wine selection and great charcuterie boards!
The whitefish terrine was amazing, the beef cheek was okay, but the chicken supreme was dry to a point we couldn't swallow. Salmon was a big portion but taste wise wasn't very good.
The food is average. We have tried the duck , the quinoa croquets as well as the steak . Definitely, I won’t repeat it.
Free parking next door on the weekends! Brisket sandwich and croque Madame are fantastic. Quiche was disappointing :(
Great brunch spot , delicious homemade sausages and stuffed French toast . And they take resos!
Great tasty French food . Keep an eye on the website for fixed price deals.
Love the bison tartare
Great steak and salad lunch . Friendly staff .
Great terasse + great steak tartare for brunch
STEAK FRITESSSSSS!!! (The Lamb burger is yum too!) Make sure to check out their extensive bottled beer menu too!
Wow. The pancakes here is something unbelievable. Great brunch place .
We tried steak and the duck confit but both were too salty. Very French atmosphere.
Very elegant atmosphere and delicious grilled salmon .
Great wines ; near enough to the core but far enough from the fast lunch crowd to savour the food slowly.
French Toast stuffed with apples and cranberries is amazing!!
Sunday brunch at the bar : New York Times, coffee and a mimosa or bloody caesar , everything on the menu is delicious
Great place for large groups. Duck is really good here.
Sea food plate was amazing!
The armagnac and prune ice cream is okay. I would substitute it for an extra scoop of passion fruit sorbet .
I really like this place, been for both brunch and dinner . Not as good value nor good eats for dinner but the brunch is great! I hear they have good deals for late night too!
The Croque Monsieur is amazing.
Onion soup is the best
Food and service were good. Make sure you order the steak frites .
Very good French restaurant .
Romantic spot ! French music ! Duck Confit is my fav!
Beef cheeks ! It's delicious and unique, tender and rich. Can't wait to go back.
Tip: don't leave this restaurant without trying their divine crème brulée a la B52.
Toasted Goat Cheese beet salad is incroyable!!! Haven't had the courage to try the cocks comb yet...
The Croque Madame ! Try it!
The lemon tart is wonderful
