Heaters on partially enclosed patio , so go for it if weather half decent... best ocean view .

Servers are nice but the place is horribly run and orders are constantly messed up. Food is bland at best. Go into Carlsbad for food.
Many better places nearby for breakfast . Expensive and not exceptional.
