Keep the music loud so it requires groups to talk louder over the music making it more noisy than necessary, especially for those customers using the location to conduct business

Went two consecutive days. Ordered same drink - decaf , tall caramel brûlée latte . 1st trip regular, tall. 2nd trip decaf , grande. Maybe the third time will be the charm

Quickly becoming my least favorite Starbucks. :( The newer staff is really lazy at making drinks and don't follow steps correctly. Makes a huge difference in taste.

Clean , relaxed atmosphere , good drinks and nice music . Parking it tough

They have lunch panini sandwiches now. Tuna melt ; spinach cheese ; ham melt... All priced around $6...

They NEVER warm bakery items, even when they offer to do so while you’re ordering.

Still the slowest one in Nashville. You can sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes before you pay. Worse when they're not busy.

It's sad, but there is a homeless man who is always inside and makes the place smell horrible. Use the drive-thru.
