Strong AC , strong coffee , fast efficient service and simple, non-greasy food. No brainer. Try the lemon ricotta pancakes !
Green Eggs and Ham is real good. Also they serve cold brew....which is nice.
Crab , Artichoke , and Manchego Omelette was fantastic.
