I love my new U-Verse box I love being able to pause & rewind a TV show I'm watching if I have to p no more missing parts or trying to hold til commercial.

Make an appointment otherwise you will be sitting here all day. Manger didnt do much either. (Appointments are more important then customers that have been waiting.)

My new phone is not working properly. I have a hard time getting on my phone. I only used the so called free wiffi hot spots including home and i used 70 percent of my data. How can that be?

AT&T really needs to fix there so called free Wi-Fi availability for there customers. The only time I've been able to access use it is my Wi-Fi at home. The others don't work

My husband is loving the DVR cuz of his work schedule. With the DVR he can record it & watch it later when he's got the time.

I swear every month I've gotta call to deal with some kinda mistake they've made on my Bill.. WTF I would luv for just 1mon to be prob free with them

Most of the cells that they sell there have problems. I've had 7 in the past 3yrs

I despise AT&T. They used to be a good company but now they're terrible. Not helpful at all when it comes to customer issues!
