Pretty great so far. It's very clean , not too packed during obvious peak hours , big space and not gloomy which is not typical.
Small but very clean and not crowded NYSC. Yoga studio pretty.
The $20/mo is for not only students but teachers too!! Its a great deal and the gym is great! I like going in the morning since its less crowded
Off peak hours are the best times if ya can get there.. otherwise you are at the mercy of those who show up to show off
SK Energy Tip: Save time in your workout by using the same weight for every exercise. Use an amount you can only do 6-8 times and do all the exercises in a continuous circuit.
Crystals friday night and sunday morning zumba classes are great! Ill only wake up at 830 on a Sunday for her!
Great club! Clean friendly and had equipment that works!!! Zumba classes are to die for !!!
If you can get here, come here. It's one of the cleanest NYSC, not to mention any other gym , I have ever been in.

Acai energy stir with protein is satisfying after a nice run.
Avoid after 7:30pm if you don't want to deal with the teens that show up just to hang out thanks to the gym 's ridiculous $20/mo offer to kids.

I agree that the Thai Crunch Salad is AMAZING. Even though it's a chain, you can't go wrong. It's a nice place, with delicious food and great service. Atlas Mall is such a gem in the neighborhood. - Suzanne Tecza
