Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park

Great for walking, running, rollerblading , and biking . Great views of the Mississippi River from the dam , 610 bridge , and the riverside. All paved trails . Free parking on the streets on the CR side.

Great place, but it's been under construction for the past two summers. I fear I shall forget about its existence before they finally get around to reopening it.
