Ugh avoid the rec during 2012-2013 if possible. The construction has this place a mess! Plus we have such nice trails in BoCo :)

Mat room next to machine weight room is open for use when there is no class in session. Excellent for stretching out, crunches, push ups, flips, etc.

I think today it might be hotter in the gym than it is outside...

Best times: Early morning, or late at night.

From the 8th - 15th of August you'll have to pay to get in..

The woodway treadmills are the best.

Don't forget your headphones! Working out without music is the worst
