Today I dined in around the early lunch rush. I was very welcomed by the friendly staff at the beginning of the line . Very very great job! I got my bowl quick and everything was portioned perfectly.

Always a disappointment. Place is always dirty . Chicken burned. A couple of super nice and motivated employees greatly overshadowed by indifferent management. Go to Center Ridge .
Much cleaner, better food handling, nicer staff than the one on Center Ridge . Suuuuuper long lines though.

Worst chipotle in the Cleveland area. Slow. Line is by the bathrooms . Portion sizes are half the normal size. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.
Infuriated with this Chipotle location. Bit into raw chicken as well as my child. Will not return to this location. Absolutely disgusted.
