I had the Cheebacca , it was wonderful! Was pleased to find a restaurant dedicated to the grilled cheese . Wait staff is friendly and the environment is interesting. Definitely recommend!
I had the cheebacca sandwich and the spinach Gorgonzola soup . So good!! I added the chips they have into the soup and it was great!! Definitely need to come back and try more!

Pretty cool concept with a ton of grilled cheese options. The Cheweebaca was on of their first hits and is pretty good. You can also try their speciality hot dogs which look fabulous. Great staff .
The French onion soup was DELICIOUS, and we also created our own grilled cheese with smoked turkey , mozzarella , and herbed mayo . It was to die for! I don’t think you can go wrong, here.
had the cheebacca and crawfish bisque . the sandwich was savory and well balanced while the bisque had a familiar creole character. definitely worth a trip!
