#10 is so good. So is #29! Grilled pork rice paper rolls are awesome! Utilize your toppings and sauces. Don't use a fork. Try to ignore the awkwardly huge/bright/silent interior.
It's scary how big this place is....hundreds of open tables. Yet, don't fret, the pho is amazing and authentic .
First night open. Same great soups and a brighter, newer and cleaner location. Slightly smokey but its from the BBQ so it's cool with me.
Springs rolls are amazing. Pho tai could be the best plate ever. 100% recommend
*** order Phõ with beef on the side *** add the beef to the hot broth and it cooks it to a good medium rare.
Fresh veggie rolls and vegetarian pho are great.
The #15 (basically pho broth and beef ) is best for beginners.
