I got the 3 Japanese Uni-don. They told me to eat the first variety without soy sauce , the second with the herbs and salt, and then when done with those, break the yolk over the third. It was amazing!
Best Uni-don as always. You should try Unidon with 5 different domestic unis. With egg yolk , all unis melt away in your mouth.
5 kinds of uni-don is worth trying but they don't even serve miso soup at night so it tasted a bit too rich for me. For non-uni lovers, it might be better to get the one with tuna .
Arrived 6:15 am on a Sunday and was first in line , but the line grew pretty quickly after that. Uni was great.
Nice Uni ( Urchin ) spot in Tsukiji market
Banana-man, who is Japanese comedian visited here on TV show.
Don't bother with non-Japanese uni. The ones from Hokkaido are best - sweet and briny

For an egg roll skewer, you are able to choose cool one or hot one, and sweet one or not-sweet one at the same time. My favourite is hot & not-sweet one. Don't forget to add grated radish ! - Fuyuhiko Takaya
