Large Buddhist temple right in Southern California! Modeled after the main temple in Taiwan. Be sure to check out the vegetarian lunch and many activities!

They also serve a Chinese dessert which looks like a small stuffed pancake with custard or sweet bean. Absolute must have!

Try their food. Stick to the vegetarian options , and try their desserts ! Also pass through the museum . Magnificent!

Just wow. Amazing temple compound. Very peaceful place to pray and meditate . Staff was very friendly .

The buffet is from 11:30 to 1:30pm and the food is vegetarian only. Try not to waste any food. The food is always Delish and keeps you full.

You may wear shorts and take pictures in side the temple grounds. However, you may not wear shorts into the main sanctuary/altar. You may not take pictures inside any of the buildings.

Dont take pictures inside you can look at any natgeo for that. Obey first grasshopper pray later.

Went there for a fair although I am not a Buddhist. A very nice Mahayana Buddhist Temple .

Almond milk tea is the best tea . So delicious. Buy extra almond crackers too.

No entry in the main altar if you are wearing a skirt even passed the knee. It's not posted on the sign though.

One of the volunteers, "黄小芳" husky,long hair,bossy. Very impolite volunteer, extremely rude, be careful. She usually works at the parking lot and will yell at you in an extremely rude manner.
