They have very limited stock of items in this store. The employees are 50/50. If you get a good one there excellent, if you get a bad one ugh forget it

Orderd something online and was sent an email saying its ready for pick up and it wasn't but got a great discount for it..nice

Don't pre order anything from best buy... They make you wait in the long customer service line ... For something you paid for already... & there is only 1 person working the line

Their cell phone dept. does not sell phone batteries. And the guard at the front is a pendejo....
