The computers are down at the terminal and this crack crew of hotshots finally decided to let my 3 bags fly free. Much appreciated.

It's a weird international-style ticket counter, with the machines remote from the agents to collect your bags. Be prepared to wait.

Worst set up ever!!! Make sure to arrive at least 2-3 hours early... You'll end up waiting awhile just to get your bags tagged or even get help from an agent...

Don't fly United. Costumer their customer service is awful. My flight was cancelled and they wouldn't help me pay for my hotel stay.
