AC Hotel Cuzco

The breakfast is a buffet which I found quite complete. Rooms are nice, housekeeping is prompt and friendly . Reception is top notch! This is my second time here and my new go to hotel room n Madrid!

In the booklet in the room it says the minibar is free. It is not- you can tell since the prices are listed. Wifi is free in the lobby.

EK crew get free wifi internet in rooms. Don't order pizza as its the worst I've had. You will regret it. A/c was really hot. I dialled 9, and they adjusted it immediately w/out coming over to my rm.

Don't worry about toiletries here guys....they have them in your room ..just in case

They gave us two shower gels and one conditioner, but no shampoo...?

The food was really good,the room was nice but cold and too noisy from the street

No safe in room 801. Had to get a key, then attendant took us to a room with 10 diamond grade safes. I guess we're in a special room, but what a hassle.

There is not late check oiut so if uyou want to leave at 18h either uou placwe everything at the "consigna" either you $!

Figuring out the tv was hard, since the remote doesn't work. Ended up button munching the back of the tv and that worked. No English channels though. Sucks!

There are no slippers (how come??), terrible internet connection in the rooms even we pay 12 EURO's for a day... Please consider these problems

Dont take the 12€ internet package for whole day. Not worth it. Keep disconnecting and unreliable.

Yeah it's a good hotel , staff are very nice but there's not a lot of choice for the breakfast

Buffet con café de máquina Nespresso . Zumos , yogures , gran surtido de quesos , embutidos ibéricos , salmón ahumado , huevos revueltos , salchichas , fruta , pancakes , donuts , tarta de Santiago ...

Viendo los otros Tips parece que antes habían más servicios gratuitos, como bebidas del mini-bar. Con la habitación estándar hay Wi-Fi gratis en las habitaciones con un acceso más que decente.

calidad-precio justa; desayuno fin de semana pobre; entre semana mejora. Wifi raquitico; solo 3 horas en el vestibulo y en habitación hay que pagar.Habitaciones huelen a tabaco. Dan a patio interior

Esta genial el hotel ,hemos estado en una doble superior con vistas a la Castellana y genial! Solo le falta una piscinita y seria increíble ;)

Wi-Fi gratis en el Vestíbulo. Mini bar gratis pero solo refrescos y una cerveza . Por lo demás un hotel excelente.

El hotel es una pasada, con detalle de reproductor musical y cd en la habitación . En el bar : 1coke +1Mahou= 9,50€

Bien situado,minibar gratis aunque, wi-fi de pago en habitaciones . Inaudito a estas alturas en un hotel de esta categoria
