The hotel itself is good, but the service on reception is awful. We were checked in to a smelly smoking room , and the manager tried to convince that it is non-smoking! Watch out for things like this

siempre que voy a Barcelona me quedo en este Hotel , bonito elegante , y una reception siempre muy atentos , en particular hay una chica Silvia que muy eficiente y fantastica.

No pudimos ir porque mi pareja estaba enferma. Lo teníamos todo pagado y a pesar de que reclamé no fueron capaces de ofrecernos ninguna solución. Sitio para no ir.

Este lugar es una prueba evidente de cómo no actuar, de cómo no atender a una clientela. Una VERGÜUENZA en mayúsculas... Maleducados, antipáticos y groseros... Lamentable !!!!
