Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is always top notch, quality wise at least. Honestly the best Chipotle I have ever had. Only issue is how slow the workers are. They're awesome people, just slower paced. Still awesome.

Every time I come in, there is usually two people on line and they run out of food pretty darn fast. Despite that, they are quite nice and move fast. Really nice staff too.

They have a wonderful staff , Brittany, taylar and katherine always great me by name when I come in

The burrito was so big they had to use two pieces of foil to wrap it. Yum. Yum.

Looks like the apple store designer made a chipotle. Not that that's a bad thing. Fits well around public square.

Welcome to downtown. You don't need a tip. Chipotle is awesome.

Longest line I have ever seen. It is moving fast though

Don't bother faxing in...the walk in line goes faster. Why have a call ahead line when you don't know how to operate it?!?!!!!!!!

Awful customer service, six employees working, one making customers orders, one cashier , rest prepping. Cashier couldn't say more than my order total.

Worst Chipotle in Cleveland. They are literally ALWAYS unprepared! Definitely don't go unless you preordered
