Was very pleased with the doctors but the staff was horrible. Not pleasant, not knowledgeable , put my frames back, then changed the price because the original price tag came off. NEVER going back...
Staff is nice, but be prepared to stand your ground for what you want. Sell up pressure is ridiculous here.
Service is terrible. So slow. Waited over 45 minutes in an empty waiting room while the staff seemed oblivious to my presence. Ended up walking out and never getting my eyes checked.

This place is a joke. Takes ages to checkout and you always feel the sell-up pressure . I just need contacts!
I have to agree with the other tips given here. Very slow, very expensive , and would not go here again. A very expensive mistake on my part.
