What hit me first was the hei gor (prawn paste ). It was distinctively good. Next was the crispy yu tiao (dough fritters ); by the crunch, I could tell that they have been individually toasted. Nice!

Friendly stall operator. Banters with you while preparing your order. He uses fresh basic ingredients, nothing new-age like apples
