What hit me first was the hei gor (prawn paste ). It was distinctively good. Next was the crispy yu tiao (dough fritters ); by the crunch, I could tell that they have been individually toasted. Nice!

Strong 'wok hei' (smokiness) but not wet enough. Appreciated lots of vege & taugeh, 'la pok' (fried pork lard cubes) is distinctively missing - Cheen The Curious
