Everyone's here to relax but some are doing their business or sitting in the sofa with all their stuff in it so you cant sit.. Some even do their wardrobe change, hair and make up!
Lounge can be full without nowhere to sit. Free iced tea , coffee , and WiFi are the perks.
The staff is very accomodating and always ready to respond to your needs. Gets crowded at times, though. Full of noisy people who show no concern for the other guests. Cellphone signal is a pain.
You can have unlimited drinks you want here in SM Prestige Lounge while reading newspaper and relaxing.
