Best hotel to celebrate my 32nd birthday in Brussels. Absolutely stunning room. I was welcomed with Belgian chocolates and a birthday wish card from the manager. Highly recommend it! #queen

For a 5* hotel , the tissue paper were pretty hard....feel like I was wiping my bum with sandpaper lol... 7/10 customer service

The gym is ridiculously small and has machines that are like 20 years old. Not what I would expect of a 5-star hotel .
