Stephanie is the best associate there! Very friendly and gives workout tips. Everyone else is busy talking and don't seem to care about the guests.
Staff is great. Equipment is top notch. Best gym I've been to by far.
I've been to many gyms , and I've never seen such UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF .
The manager, George Harris, called me to cancel an appointment that one of his staff made for me to talk about my complaint. Then, he has the nerve to tell me I never had an appointment.
They need to get one more square rack in there. You need to have at least two!!

Wipe down your equipment before and after workouts, Just watched over five people leave the theatre without wiping it down. Gross
