ALWAYS have an appointment for the genius bar for each device... And come at least 5 min early because the systems kicks them out when late... Always check in at the genius bar too...

If you have a business, tell them and they'll set you up right away with a business acct. Also, ask for Nielsen. He'll take care of you.

Don't ask about how often they have to clean the glass roof. Their usually jovial mannerisms will take a turn toward the suspicious and acrimonious.

Rudy is the best instructor . I had a Pages class with him and he was sooo knowledgeable !

You can buy things directly through your iPhone now! There's no better way to spend $30 on a tiny cable.

An appointment on a Sunday doesn't mean much. You still have a long wait . Better to come during the week when the store opens.

This store is always busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

I came to pick up my laptop 14 hours after receiving a notification it was ready. it took them 5 people & 30 minutes to help. People arriving after me to pick up repairs were getting theirs before me.
