Best buy is the only remaining technology superstore. Where else will you take your business. There's a lot to say about being an informed consumer. If the staff isn't knowledgable enough, google it

Bought a laptop here. Found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. They don't get paid commission so they have no reason to be pushy. I highly recommend this store.

Your an idiot for getting mad if they seem pushy or out of stock. Less than a week till Christmas . It's not there fault you wait till the last minute. And there are 20 people wanting one sales person

Horrible product knowledge for some employees. Also they installed my car remote starter and clipped my wire and never said a word. I am having them pay for all $770 to fix it.

This place sucks. Spent 800$ on a brand new laptop that broke after a week. Fixed it bc of the plan I bought , then failed to reinstall my Microsoft office (which I paid for).

Customer service is horrible. No product knowledge , very pushy. Salespeople stand around in a herd and chat like it's a social event . Many products out of stock. I'll take my business elsewhere
