First time at Dumpling Time. Very impressed. Unique dumplings . The pan seared bbq pork buns were the stand out for me. The edamame was flavored well . Great tea choices. 5 dishes and tea for $50

XLB are good, obviously not DTF, but still pretty decent. The dessert bao is where it's at, get a trio for each person, they're so good you won't want to share.

Not an expert on dumplings but everything was very tasty. We tried over 10 different dishes and all were unique. Fast service w/out continuously bugging you with questions. Would definitely re-visit!

We ordered Crispy sesame tofu squares, Shrimp toast , Steamed pork riblets, Seafood gyoza , Wagyu beef gyoza , Maine lobster siu Mai , Pork xlb, and Trio of buns . All were really delicious!

Oh man, this place is super delicious. Skip the gimmicky giant bao with the straw and don't miss seafood gyoza , lobster siu Mai and Beijing noodles . For a good time, pair with a Torrontes ????

The seafood gyoza are amazing. The Tom yum XLB are also particularly good. The pan seared dumplings are great, as are the beans. Personally I think the King Dum is just a gimmick and not worth it.

Get the xiao long bao , Xi An dumplings , and green tea milk bao .

Pork xiao long bao is a must, but the sleeper hit are the beautiful deep red tom yum flavored ones.

Great Xiao long bao , but stick to the regular size. The XL ones (king baos ?) Are too unwieldy and don't have the right soup ratio. The straw is fun, though..

Some of the best dumplings I've had! Great service and food comes out super quick. Worth the wait outside however long it is.

The seafood gyoza were the standout across two visits. The beet skin soup dumplings were a close second.

They just opened less than a week ago and have had long waits and even had to close the wait list early. Go early and be prepared to wait in line even if you arrive half an hour after opening time.
