It was a surprise find. Good collection of local ales and lagers . Worth a visit. Courteous staff - as it is with the entire Edinburgh!
Had the Mexican Chicken burger . By far the best burger ive ever had!! The menu allows meat eaters and veges to have the same choice which ive not seen in placea like gbk or handmade burger co. 10/10!!
Officially the best burgers in Edi. Love that you get the option to pick the meat and then the topping (so any burger can be a chicken burger !) And also you can have any burger without the bun .

Bar not owned by a chain - personal ownership with staff that work as a team with good attitude - makes a difference. Worth supporting.
Not many places where the bar staff find you a stool to sit on - very helpful- good range of beers and nicely stocked gantry

This New Town pub shows 6 Nations Rugby matches and serves up burgers . The kitchen opens at noon.

We arrived on Friday for the dinner at 20:30, they were opened till 1:00. People were just drinking and they said that they would not make a dinner for us. So sad :( We'll never come back.
