Try the beef cheek and liquid nitrogen bomb dessert . Gorgeous and the latter is also fun.
The beef cheek is overrated. Tastes like beef stew you could do yourself at home. Pork belly and duck are good though.

Never b4 have I seen such terrible attitude from a waiter . First he argued with me about the Bris floods saying they were in 2013, then refusing to remake a cocktail that fell on the floor. Rude.
