If youre looking for a new release forget about this place! I love best buy stores but this one is a shame. The weakest selection and getting in and out of the parking lot isnt worth the hassle.

You may wanna bring a bagged lunch and a chair if you plan on getting a new phone at Best Buy Mobile. Been in line for TWO hours and still several people ahead of us. Ridiculous.

If you get their protection plan, and you have an issue with your phone and they send you to AT&T tech support ......do not go. Assholes
Service is slow, plenty of employees standing around chitchatting but all in willing to help, and only 1 cashier :/ just wanted help finding some speakers.

If you have any problem while at Best Buy pray you do not have to talk to the manager James. He's rude and helpful.
Don't ever pre order online and opt for store pickup. It'll get messed up 10 times out of 10.
