Omni Houston Hotel at Westside

Oh So Very Nice. Beds were great. Location was good. All plus marks for this hotel . ALL GOOD!!!

Great hotel with beautiful lake in lobby. After disappointing stay at Hilton 3 nights ago, the Omni is a breath of fresh air .

Great stay. Men at the bar were the highlight. Gentlemanly and attentive. People at front desk would rather chat amongst themselves than acknowledge customers.

Had a breakfast at the cafe on the lake located in the lobby and it was so lovely and amazing view !

Lovely hotel by the lake . Friendly staff and good environment. Free Wi-Fi too. With the stay.

Nice building,safe location,clean room ,covered parking . I'm very disappointed, only entrance is on N Eldridge Pkwy, No hair dryer or fridge ,small bathroom . I stayed @3 star hotel better than this

They have wonderful and helpfull staff esp their bellboys ;-). Friendly staff too! I like it here.

Housekeeping starts the rounds at 8am which, if you didn’t get in until late, can be annoying. Otherwise good.

The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure

Head to the black gold bar and try Tue drink special of the week

A little bit outside Houston, we paid $90 for a King room. Great deal

The Red fish @ the restarunt here is to die for make sure to order the garlic mashed potatoes and green beans .

This is the most efficient hotel I've ever stayed in. Wonderful service.

Place may have been a 4 star in the past but no way in hell it is now.

Staff at front desk is a joke. room I requested wasn't ready. Moved me to a smaller room. Voiced my complaint. Looked at me and said I didn't really have a choice. Won't be going back here

Omni was great good but the breakfast is 18 dollars way too expensive .

The pond is neat! Be careful where you walk and don't fall in! ;)

Great hotel

Lobby looks great but that's where it stops. The rooms look old and are cramped. Nothing luxurious . Nothing special. Valet was no where to be found everr.

It goes down during TX2K!!!!!
