High quality, reasonable prices, and supporting a local business. ETS has that fresh, clean , New look about it, and the food is excellent. I like Taco Bell, but this is EXCELLENT, 4 when I'm downtown.

The waffle fries are delicious! They come in a sack which I thought was great for snacking while strolling down Elmwood. One of my new favorite spots!

Don't be a hero and order the hot. It's extremely spicy . Food tastes much better medium and mild.

Generic american taco joint, I wouldn't even go so far as to classify it as tex-mex. Ideal for late night ; they are open late and prices = low. BYO hot sauce , theirs reminds me of bad salad dressing .

99% of the time they screw up my order. Check before you leave if you paid for anything extra as you may not get it. When it's done right, it's the best, which is why I keep coming back.

Big fan of the Waffle fries and a Spicy Black Bean burrito . Their hot sauce is HOT!

Wonderful waffle fries . Also expensive and slow. So: Good place for lunch but only if you have the cash and the time.

Try the Bean Supreme . I get whole black bean . Hot w/ rice & sour cream . Itza nice.

Taco supreme ????

The Mexican pizza is my favorite thing on the menu. The tacos are addictive - but the sauce is HOT..when in doubt, order mild.

As a chef myself I take pride in the authenticity of what a shop puts out as their trademark. ETS didn't do it for me. If you enjoy a quality enchilada - don't order one.
