Yum! An old classic bakery . When other bakery 's are running around after the latest food trends and selling out, these guys stick to what they know - good food.
Some of the best bread in Østerbro. Especially their rye bread . Great cakes too.
Try the Filone bread , it's really good!
Good baked goods but the staff is sometimes moody and blatantly xenophobic. The first place I've stopped doing business with because of attitude. Unfortunate because I like their spandau.

Made the mistake of going again, same crappy service and attitude. Bad vibes all around, customers not welcome. I leave Lagkagehuset with a smile, but Bosses bakery just leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Do not but the chocolate cake . Dry and uninteresting. Probably not even with chocolate , cocoa.Shake and bake your own or go elsewhere.

The baked goods are great but the staff in this shop always strikes me as a bit slow and not as service minded as one would expect. Try the one in Nordre Frihavnsgade instead :) - Jeanette Mayland
