Never stayed at a Conrad before where you're asked not to sh*t in the pool. Venue is Conrad only in name.Rooms new & fresh - the only positives. Service reflects the local market and not the brand.☹️

Weird hotel . They need your credit card bank statement to let you in as a proof you already paid eventhough you already get email confirmation.
